Kate Land

Kate is a Solicitor in the firm’s Residential Conveyancing team, advising clients on a range of residential property transactions. She guides clients through the sale and purchase process from instruction through to completion, providing clear and practical advice throughout.

Her work includes the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and lease extension matters. She also advises on declarations of trust in connection with property purchases, helping ensure that ownership arrangements are clearly documented.

Kate acts primarily for individuals buying or selling residential property, supporting clients through transactions that often represent significant personal and financial decisions.

She qualified as a solicitor in October 2012 and has since gained extensive experience in residential conveyancing. She joined Cotterhill Hitchman in October 2021.

Kate approaches her work with a strong focus on clear communication, ensuring that clients are kept informed throughout each stage of their transaction and that matters progress as smoothly as possible.
