Lorraine Hutchinson

Lorraine is a Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Property team, advising clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant matters. She provides clear and practical advice to help clients navigate property arrangements that often form part of wider business or investment decisions.

Her work includes advising on leases and licences, the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property, and general landlord and tenant matters. She also assists on corporate transactions where property forms part of a wider business sale or acquisition, including asset and share purchases.

Lorraine acts for a range of commercial clients including landlords, tenants, property investors, developers and businesses acquiring or disposing of property as part of wider commercial transactions.

She joined Cotterhill Hitchman in 2017, later completing her training contract with the firm and qualifying as a solicitor in March 2021.

Lorraine approaches her work with a practical and commercially focused mindset, maintaining clear communication so that clients remain informed and supported throughout the transaction.
