Mandeep Chahal

Mandeep is a Chartered Legal Executive in the firm’s Commercial Property team, advising clients on a broad range of commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant matters. She provides clear and practical advice to support property arrangements that often form part of wider business or investment decisions.

Her work includes the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property, advising on leases and licences, and assisting with financing arrangements. She also provides independent legal advice in relation to personal guarantees, supporting clients throughout transactions from instruction through to completion.

Mandeep acts for a range of commercial clients including limited companies, sole traders and pension schemes.

She became a CILEX Fellow and Chartered Legal Executive in 2023 after completing the CILEX Level 6 Graduate Fast Track Diploma in Law and Practice. Prior to joining the firm in December 2024, she gained experience within real estate teams at larger firms while progressing through assistant and fee earning roles during her qualification.

Mandeep approaches her work with clear communication, strong technical knowledge and responsiveness, building long term professional relationships with her clients.
