Pricing Information

The information on this page relates to areas of work where the Solicitors Regulation Authority requires us to publish pricing and service information. It is intended to give an indication of likely costs and the scope of work typically involved.

Legal costs vary depending on the nature and complexity of each matter. For that reason:

  • For residential conveyancing, we provide indicative pricing alongside a bespoke online quotation tool which generates a tailored estimate based on your transaction.
  • For probate matters, debt recovery and employment tribunal claims, we provide indicative pricing and confirm costs once we understand your specific circumstances.

All pricing information should be treated as a guide. VAT is currently charged at 20%.
