Representative Matters
- Advised a national employer in Employment Tribunal proceedings involving claims of unfair dismissal and maternity discrimination valued at approximately £75,000, achieving negotiated settlement prior to final hearing.
- Advised a regional business on enforcement of post-termination restrictive covenants against a former employee, achieving negotiated resolution.
- Represented a client in defending claims involving alleged breach of contract and workplace disputes, resulting in a negotiated resolution.
